99g77's commitment to responsible gaming

99g77 is always by your side to ensure that enjoyable entertainment never turns into a problem.

What does responsible gambling mean?

A conscious commitment to staying within the limits of entertainment and keeping yourself protected.

Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment. At 99g77, we believe every player should enjoy this entertainment within clearly defined limits. Responsible gaming means knowing your budget before you play, keeping track of your time, and having the awareness to recognise when you need to take a break.

With Bangladeshi players in mind, 99g77 has introduced multiple protection tools. From deposit limits to self-exclusion — every feature is designed with your financial and mental well-being in focus.

Remember: gambling is never a source of income, it is entertainment only. Placing more bets to recover losses is never a solution. If you feel you are losing control over your gambling, contact the 99g77 support team immediately.

Protection tools in your hands

99g77 gives you full control over your own gaming.

Deposit Limit

Set in advance how much you want to deposit per day, week, or month. At 99g77 you can set your own deposit limit. Once a limit is lowered, it takes effect immediately; a request to raise it requires a waiting period.

Time-Out

Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to suspend your account for a few days or a few weeks. During this period, login and betting will be completely disabled, but your account will not be deleted.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion for a longer-term break. With this option, your account can be closed for a set period or permanently. 99g77 processes this request with full respect.

Session Timer

Use the session timer to monitor how long you have been playing. Once the set time has passed, 99g77 will automatically remind you and give you the option to end the session if needed.

Loss Limit

Decide in advance how much loss you can tolerate within a given period. Once you reach this limit, you will automatically be stopped from betting — you will never exceed your financial boundary.

24/7 Support

The 99g77 support team is always ready for any issue. Reach out via live chat or email — support is available in both Bengali and English. Do not hesitate to ask any question about responsible gaming.

Steps to use the tools

Age restrictions and minor protection

Maintaining a safe environment for players 21+ is our responsibility.

99g77 firmly believes that online betting is for adults only. Anyone under the age of 21 is completely prohibited from opening or using an account on this platform.

If there are minors in your home, take the following steps:

Use a password or biometric lock on your device
Keep parental controls enabled on your browser
Do not share your device while logged in
If you suspect misuse, inform the 99g77 support team

Remember: 99g77 reserves the right to verify the age of any account holder at any time. Accounts registered with false information will be permanently closed.

Self-exclusion and long-term breaks

Take a complete break when you need one — it is not a sign of weakness, it is a brave decision.

Self-exclusion is a feature where you can voluntarily block your own access to 99g77 for a set period of time. This period can range from a few weeks to permanent.

While self-exclusion is active, 99g77 will not send you any promotional emails or bonus offers. Your account will be locked and login will not be possible.

To apply for self-exclusion, contact the support team directly — via live chat or at [email protected]. Once the request is received, it will be processed promptly.

Temporary break

Take a time-out from 1 day up to 6 weeks. Your account will be reactivated automatically once the period ends.

Permanent closure

A permanent self-exclusion closes the account forever and requests to reopen it will not be accepted.
